REFUND POLICY

At Alpaprana Studio, we sell digital products that are delivered electronically and available for immediate download after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

No Refunds

All font purchases, digital downloads, licenses, and related digital products sold through Alpaprana Studio are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once a purchase has been completed and access to the digital files has been granted, we cannot revoke, retrieve, or verify the deletion of the downloaded files. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Accidental purchases.

  • Purchasing the wrong font.

  • Purchasing the wrong license.

  • Failure to read the product description, license terms, or system requirements before purchase.

  • Lack of compatibility with third-party software not specifically stated by us.

  • Personal preference, dissatisfaction with style, design, or aesthetic choices.

  • Lack of knowledge regarding font installation or usage.

  • Failure to use the product as intended.

  • Duplicate purchases made by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before completing a purchase.

Limited Exceptions

Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:

1. Duplicate Payment

You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a payment processing error.

2. Defective or Corrupted Files

The purchased files are corrupted, incomplete, or unusable, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Failure of Digital Delivery

You did not receive access to the purchased files, and we are unable to provide access after reasonable support efforts.

Refund Request Requirements

To request a review under one of the exceptions above, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide:

  • Order number.

  • Email address used for the purchase.

  • Detailed description of the issue.

  • Supporting screenshots or evidence when applicable.

Incomplete requests may be denied.

Right to Refuse Refunds

Alpaprana Studio reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

We also reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there is evidence of:

  • Abuse of our refund policy.

  • Fraudulent activity.

  • Unauthorized chargeback attempts.

  • Misrepresentation of the issue.

  • Violation of our licensing terms.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Submitting a chargeback for a valid digital product purchase without first contacting us may result in:

  • Suspension of customer access.

  • Revocation of licenses where legally permitted.

  • Restriction from future purchases.
